LAW FIRM "SOFIYA" INVITES TO ANOTHER EVENT.
A round table titled: "Settlement of issues between manufacturers (suppliers) of food and retail networks: Ukrainian issues and world experience", supported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 15.00pm in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
The event will be held under the direction of Acting Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Mykola Barash with participation of retailers, suppliers and manufacturers of fast moving consumer goods, as well as industry associations and consumer associations.
In particular, the issue of enhancing efficiency of relations in the chain of selling daily use goods will be discussed taking into consideration best practice of developed countries, especially by introducing self-regulatory mechanisms that ensure reasonable pricing.
Special attention will be paid to cooperation between modern food retailers and their suppliers (reasonable payment terms for supplied goods, fair distribution of risks, balanced interests of retailers and suppliers, and information support of all participants in trade relations).
