LF "Sofiya" invites to join the development of Ethics Rules in the field of competition in the food market.


Work on the development of Professional Ethics Rules in the relationship between retail chains on food trade continues.

These Rules can be found at the following link: ttp://www.ucci.org.ua/dnload/EthicsRules170315.pd

Ethics Rules are published for public comment and proposals directly to manufacturers and suppliers of food products.

The purpose of the Rules is to solve the most pressing issues in the relationship between retail chains and suppliersincluding settlements, providing additional services and imposing contract terms, liability, information support and so on.

Legal support of this project is provided by the LF "Sofiya". LF "Sofiya" and members of the working group are encouraging business associations, NGOs, manufacturers and retail chains to get involved in the development of the Ethics Rules.
