READ ABOUT THE BEVERAGE WHICH BECAME HISTORY IN O. MARKEVYCH, LAWYER ASISTANT’S MATERIALS

International magazine “Horticulture and Viticulture&Drinks. Technologies and Innovations” published the article of Olha Markevych, lawyer’s assistant of LF “Sofiya”, where author tells about currant liquor which has a large impact into European law development.

In the published work author describes how the EC decision became a key in free movement of goods into EU’s single market establishment that had the principles formed by “Cassis-de-Dijon” case as a core.

In the article Olha mentions that main result of this case is the principle of mutual recognition which means that any product lawfully sold in one EU country can be sold in another, even if it does not meet all its technical rules — except in strictly defined circumstances.
