Lawyers LF “SOFIYA”, Viktoriya Varenikova and Dmytro Navroyskiy at the request of publication “Legal newspaper” (№15 from April 9th, 2013) gave a comment about the problem of Ukrainian tax and labour legislation.

Viktoriya Varenikova proposes her own point of view on the issue of taxation of claim operation, in particular, exemption such operation from taxation (VAT). Viktoriya Varenikova points, that issue of taxation of claim operation according to the assigned receivable contract are ambiguous and position of taxation bodies, which provides in letters of State Tax Service of Ukraine is questionable to use.

Dmytro Navrotskiy commented norms of the law, which give maternity leave for father, grandmother, grandfather or other relations. The author of article drew the attention on lack of definition “other relations” in Ukrainian legislation and analyzed difficulties which arise during maternity leave execution. D. Navrotskiy recommends to take in consideration this problems in Project of Labour Code.
