The Journal "Law of Ukraine" published an article on scientific and legal expertise


The leading reputable academic edition "Law of Ukraine" published an article on "Scientific and legal expertise as a form of doctrine interpretation of legislation."The material deals with the legal regime of research and legal expertise and its role in statutory interpretation.

V.I.Semchyk, Chairman of Scientific and legal expertise council at the Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Partner of LF "Sofiya" Dr.Polivodskyy are the authors of the article.

As it is pointed in the article, Scientific and legal expertise is a form of doctrinal interpretation of the law for especially complex cases, where legal conflicts, gaps in legislation, inconsistencies, and difficulties in law enforcement in time are or if an opinion of lawyer is needed, who specializes in a certain narrow field of legislation.
