Law Firm "Sofiya" in conjunction with the Committee of agricultural entrepreneurs at UCC became the initiators of seminar on the precept and application of transfer pricing rules for the agricultural sector in Ukraine.
The Head of the Committee of agricultural entrepreneurs at UCC in Ukraine O.I.Yuhnovskyy and partner of LF "Sofiya" O.Polivodskyy were the moderators of event.
A lawyer of LF "Sofiya" D.Navrotskyy , Head of taxes and duties of ATT V.I. Pronina and tax advisor to company SHANDA CONSULT, Cyprus, Germany, Stefan Nolte were the speakers of event.
Members of Committee of agricultural entrepreneurs at UCC in Ukraine, representatives of associations and unions of agricultural sector, managers and specialists of agricultural and processing enterprises participated in the event.
Now the preparation of proposals to the legislation on transfer pricing for agricultural and food products is completed and will be sent to the respective subjects of legislative initiative.
The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on transfer pricing " was adopted 04/07/2013 and entered into force on 01.09.2013. With the adoption of revision to the TC of Ukraine on rules of goods’ prices and determine which operations will be controlled and will be subject to examination by tax authorities.
