On March 28th, 2014 the spring Ukrainian forum UAA Civil Law and Procedure "Kiev Spring" will be held, where the partner of LF "Sofiya" O.Polivodskyy will take part
The purpose of the forum is to discuss issues that arise during the defense in civil and commercial matters in the sphere of land relations, intellectual property, family law, alternative dispute resolution, financing and more.
The forum will be attended by a wide range of authoritive lawyers, judges and other professionals, including the partner of LF "Sofiya" O.Polivodskyy. The topic of his report - "The formation of evidence in disputes concerning food quality: Issues and Recommendations."
